Gordon has more than 12 years of technology and Internet sales experience. Before founding SelectMedia, he was co-founder at Arti-Vision, Media Division (SGX:5nk), a public company based in Singapore.
Prior to his relationship with those companies, he was head of sales for XTEND Media (aka Matomy Media) and Metacafe International, responsible for all global sales activities and business strategies.
He was co-founder and GM of Triple-E Software, an E-Commerce/B2B and B2C/SaaS company based in Manhattan, New York.
Earlier he had commanded an elite operational computer unit in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), followed by service in the Israeli Navy as the chief technical officer.
Gordon earned a B.S. in computer science from Mercy College, New York, and an MBA from the Touro University, New York.

Broyer has more than 15 years of financial and Internet operations experience.
He served as the CFO and COO of Kenshoo (a leading search-engine marketing platform), responsible for the worldwide finance and operational activities.
Previously he served as the director of finance at Metacafe, a leading user- generated content video website.
He held various executive financial positions, such as financial consultants for JVP, a venture- capital firm and VP of finance at Fundtech US. As a CPA ,he served as a senior audit manager in the high-tech group at Ernst & Young Israel.
Broyer holds a B.A in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Yehuda has more than 25 years of Internet and technology experience.
Before joining SelectMedia, he served as the head of the computer and network infrastructure unit for the Israel Defense Force (MAMRAM). Prior to that position, he served as the CTO of the entire Israeli Navy.
Yehuda holds a B.A. in computer science and statistics, an M.A. in statistics and an MBA from the University of Haifa. He is a graduate of National Defense College of the IDF / Command and Staff Course National Defense College of the IDF.

Previously served as the CTO & CPO of Neto Group a leading food company in Israel. Prior, Efi served in executive management positions in leading companies as a Sales Executive.
Specialties: Strategic Management, Work methods, Establishment, and management of sales systems. Deep understanding of Business processes and Negotiation.

Chairman of the Board
During his military service, Marum held various command and staff positions. In 1999 he was promoted to the rank of rear admiral and appointed commander of the Haifa Naval Base and the North Arena. In 2002 he became head of naval operations of the Israeli Navy and in 2003 chief of staff of the Israeli Navy. Between 2004 and 2005 he was the representative of the IDF at the United States Joint Forces Command. In August 2005 he was appointed as the defense and armed forces attache at the Israeli Embassy in Singapore. In October 2007 he became commander in chief of the Israeli Navy.
Marum ended his term as chief of the Navy in October 2011 and retired in August 2012 after 38 years of active service. Today he is a strategic consultant for military affairs, maritime warfare and security issues. He is also a lecturer and a columnist for strategic and military affairs. He was recently nominated as chairman of the Israeli Airport Authority.
Marum is a graduate of the Israel Navy Advanced Command Course, the IDF National Defense College, U.S. Navy Senior International Defense Management Program and the Harvard Business School, AMP. He holds an MBA in social sciences from Haifa University.
